We had so much fun celebrating reading during Read Across America Week and Dr. Seuss' birthday. Every day was a different 'dress up' day, including Hat Day, Wacky Socks Day and (our favorite) Pajama Day. We walked through a story outside, played a daily Seuss quote game (for classroom book prizes) and watched community guest readers' videos. Thanks to everyone for making this an awesome reading celebration!

Billy Frank Jr. Day (March 9th) was full of lessons and activities about a leader in Native treaty rights, environmental advocacy and salmon enhancement. The students learned that he believed we can work together to make a difference.

We had a very different school year in 2020-2021. As a result, our yearbook looks different as well. We think you will enjoy this 20 minute video of a year when we discovered that together we can do virtually anything!
